MJ Ryder is a local firm, not a national franchise — we work within a comfortable radius of our Stoneacre base in Knaresborough, so an engineer can be with most local customers quickly. These are the towns and villages we cover most; if you're nearby and not listed, just ask.

Our home town — we’re based at Unit 1 Stoneacre, so we’re rarely far away.
Harrogate
Boilers, heat pumps and servicing across the HG postcodes and the spa town’s period homes.
Ripon
Cathedral city to the north — installations, repairs and cover plans.
Wetherby
Market town on the Wharfe, an easy run from our Knaresborough base.
Boroughbridge
Village and market town off the A1(M), well within our range.

Between Harrogate and Wetherby — a regular patch for us.

Priority for Heat Plan members
Cover comes with priority access, 7 days a week.
Wherever you are in our service area, a Heat Plan gives you priority access to our engineers seven days a week, 365 days a year — so if the heating fails on a cold weekend, you're near the front of the queue. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm for everything else.
