We never sub-contract our installation work to self-employed fitters. Every job is carried out by one of our own Gas Safe registered engineers — six of whom we trained ourselves — so the standard is ours and it stays consistent.

Guaranteed for up to ten years
Eligible boiler installations carry an up-to-10-year workmanship and boiler guarantee, which we register on your behalf — so the cover is in place from the day we finish.

After-care that answers the phone
Our Heat Plan cover means priority access to our engineers seven days a week, all year — and on the higher tiers, parts and labour are included. When something goes wrong, it's a phone call, not a scramble.

Clear about cost, grants and VAT
Boiler installs start from £1,895, and we set the price out in writing with nothing added later. On heat pumps and air conditioning we make the 0% VAT and £7,500 grant options clear, so you know the real figure.

We explain, not just install
We'd rather you understood your heating than simply had it fitted. Our engineers take the time to show you how your boiler and controls work, so you're confident using them day to day.

Eligible boiler installations carry an up-to-10-year workmanship and manufacturer guarantee — long-term peace of mind, not just a certificate.
We never sub-contract
Installation work is carried out by our own engineers, never handed to self-employed fitters — so the standard never changes hands.
Trained in-house
We've trained six heating engineers ourselves, roughly one a year, so the person in your home learned the Ryder way of working.
Gas Safe & Refcom
Gas Safe registered for every gas job and Refcom registered for refrigerant work on heat pumps and air conditioning.
