Heat Plan — Boiler & System Cover
ServiceCare, BoilerCare & SystemCare — from £120 a year
Boiler breakdowns don't wait for office hours. A Heat Plan gives you priority access to our engineers seven days a week, 365 days a year, and takes the sting out of repairs — because on the higher tiers, the parts and labour are already covered.
There are three plans to suit how much cover you want: ServiceCare keeps you serviced and prioritised, BoilerCare covers unlimited boiler call-outs, and SystemCare extends that to your whole heating system. Every plan is looked after by the same engineers who install and service our boilers.
Three tiers, clearly priced
ServiceCare (£120/year) includes an annual service and priority 7-day call-outs. BoilerCare (£234/year) adds unlimited boiler call-outs including parts and labour. SystemCare (£300/year) extends that cover to your whole boiler and heating system. Pick the level of peace of mind you want.
Priority when it matters
Heat Plan members get priority access seven days a week, all year round — so when the heating fails on a cold weekend, you're near the front of the queue. It's the after-care our reviews single out: "there's always someone at the end of the phone if needed."
