Annual CP12 gas safety checks for rental properties
Every landlord in England is legally required to have the gas appliances in a let property checked every year by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and to hold a valid gas safety record (CP12). It protects your tenants and keeps you compliant.
We carry out landlord gas safety checks across Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon and Wetherby, issue the certificate, and can service or maintain the boiler and appliances at the same visit — one engineer, one appointment, one job done.
