Air-source heat pumps draw heat from the outside air — even in winter — and use it to warm your home and hot water far more efficiently than a gas boiler. With the £7,500 government Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant and 0% VAT on domestic installs, the sums work better than most people expect.
We install Vaillant aroTherm plus and aroTherm split heat pumps and maintain them afterwards. A heat pump has to be designed and sized correctly to perform, so we start with a free site survey and a proper heat-loss assessment before we quote.
Designed around your home
A heat pump only delivers if it's sized to your home's heat loss and paired with the right radiators or system. We survey the property first and design the installation properly — because a well-designed heat pump is efficient and comfortable, and a badly-sized one is neither.
Grants and 0% VAT, sorted
Domestic heat pump installations qualify for 0% VAT, and eligible homes can claim the £7,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant toward the cost. We'll talk you through what applies to your home so you know the real figure — not just a headline price.
